Uhuru thoughts
were interrupted by Paavai’s question that got everyone in the room laughing,
“Uhuru, Uhuru, are you still with us?”
Uhuru laughed
and quickly said, “Of cause, I was just thinking about our wedding day.”
The atmosphere in the room quickly became somber
and the laughter stopped. There was an awkward silence and Uhuru realized what
she had just said. She and Paavai could sense the raw pain from the rest of the
